By accessing or using Zerocapped ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zerocapped is a premium AI Builder Toolkit designed to enhance the Lovable building workflow. The Service provides access to AI models, productivity tools, and skills designed for builders.

Zerocapped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lovable. The Service is intended to be used alongside, not as a replacement for, Lovable.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Access durations are clearly stated on each plan and begin when access is activated.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, redistributing access, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

Plans are access-window based. Charges are non-recurring unless explicitly described as such. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerocapped is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
